Scott McGowan Signs

SCOTT McGowan has agreed to sign for Town on a 1 Year Contract *, with the club holding an option for a further year. McGowan who has a fantastic Scoring record in Non League spent time last season at 1874 Northwich and NWCFL Premier Side Macclesfield FC, Scott turned out for 1874 more than 200 times and was their all time record goal scorer.

Town Manager spoke of his delight "I'm over the moon to get Scott signed up for next season, we really are starting to build a strong squad ready for the new season. Scott has a fantastic scoring record in Non League and will also add great experience to our squad. Welcome on board Scott"

Striker McGowan said “I am delighted to join Stockport Town FC and cannot wait for the new season to begin. Once I became aware that Stockport Town were interested and I met the Gaffer, I was only ever going to sign for Town. A very exciting project that the club is on. I can't wait to start pre season and look forward the new season"
